Delve into this immersive 2-day experience that will help you deepen your relationship to yoga and your personal practice. Each day we will begin with a Vinyasa Yoga practice, followed by reflection and group-led discussion. Enjoy guided lessons designed to help you gain new or deeper knowledge of the goal of yoga, yoga’s roots, different techniques, and practices you can adopt to help cultivate your Sadhana or personal daily practice. We will end each day with a gentle practice and meditation to help bring our time together to a close.Â
Registration is $200. Your ticket includes your own copy of Ignite Your Yoga: How to Live, Practice, and Teach as an Authentic Yoga Steward by Susanna Barkataki, as well as a take home of information shared in this immersion for your future reference.
We will have a meal break scheduled each day. Some yoga experience is encouraged to attend. Attendees are responsible for bringing a yoga mat, water bottle, and journal for taking notes and reflections. Please wear comfortable clothing.
Any attendee of this 2-Day Yoga Immersion is eligible to apply this session's $200 registration fee as their down payment for Inner Guidance Yoga’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training starting January 2026, if they meet the admission requirements laid out by the Program Advisor.
