The Art & Science of Teaching Yin Yoga

This specialized training is designed for yoga instructors to delve into the unique principles and practices of Yin Yoga, with a strong emphasis on practical application.

Deepen your understanding of the fascial system and other connective tissues, as well as, effective use of props in yin postures. Explore the origins of the Yin Yoga style, and the correlation between Indian Chakra theory and Chinese Meridian theory. Receive comprehensive guidance on how to use this knowledge to effectively theme and sequence impactful Yin Yoga classes.

This 7-hour module is a part of our 200-YTT so limited spots available - Guest attendees must hold a minimum 200-RYT certificate to attend.

Attendees should plan to bring a lunch and/or snacks for a scheduled 30-minute meal break. There is a refrigerator, microwave, and water cooler available for use on the premises.
